The St Mary police have arrested and charged a man who has been on the run for over six months after a break-in at Geddes Town in the parish on April 1, 2021.
Charged is 22-year-old Norman Styles, a taxi operator of Geddes Town.
Allegations are that about 1am on April 1, Styles broke into a business establishment and stole properties valued at approximately $200,000.
Investigators probing the break-in kept up the search for him, and in October, Styles was pointed out to the police and was arrested.
He was charged with shop breaking and larceny on Wednesday, October 20.
A date for his appearance in court is being finalised by the police.
