Twenty-five-year-old Romario Brown, otherwise called ‘Beenie Man’, a carpenter of Charles Street in Kingston 14, has been charged with shooting with intent following an incident on Chestnut Lane in the parish on Thursday, December 8, 2022.
Reports from the Denham Town police are that about 9am, Brown and two other men who were armed with handguns, approached the now complainant and opened gunfire at him.
The now complainant managed to escape unhurt, and made a report to the police.
On Tuesday, January 10, Brown was arrested, and was subsequently charged after being positively identified.
His court date is being finalised.
