Dequity Capital Management has announced Marcus Steele as a new board member and chairman of its audit committee.
Dequity Chairman, Dr Damien King, welcomed Steele, who joins the current directors, Kadeen Mairs, Kerry Spencer Young, Garold Hamilton, Lisa Gomes and Dr Germain Spencer.
Steele is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in finance and general management.
Throughout his career, he has been a change agent who has driven innovation and problem-solving to foster growth and create sustainable businesses. He is an expert in brand building, consumer engagement, and effective value-chain management.
