News Americas, NEW YORK, NY, Fri. Oct. 5, 2018: Plans are being made for jailed reggae artiste Buju Banton’s post prison performance.

Banton’s management team announced on social media last weekend that his Long Walk to Freedom tour is scheduled for next summer. The touring dates and locations, however, have not yet been released.

The Long Walk to Freedom tour will host a series of shows that will feature Buju Banton, who is best known for tracks such as Not An Easy Road, Destiny, Champion, Driver, among others.

The deejay’s post prison performances sparked controversy in March, when it was announced that his first concert, post-release, would be held in Trinidad and Tobago on April 22, 2019.
