The police are reporting that eight human skulls were discovered at a section of the road in Spring Hill, Falmouth, Trelawney.
Reports are that at about 6:15pm, on Tuesday, residents were walking along the Spring Hill Road section of the parish when they stumbled upon the remains.
They alerted the police, who responded, and upon the arrival of the lawmen, the eight charred skulls were seen.
The scene was processed by Forensic Crime investigators and the remains were removed to the Falmouth Hospital, where they were confirmed to be human skulls. They were later handed over to the morgue.
