Taxi owner allegedly draws gun on his driver during dispute

Thirty-two-year-old Ricardo Gregory, otherwise called ‘Fresh’, a labourer of Dobson Scheme, Portland, has been charged with possession of prohibited weapon and assault at common law following an incident in his community on Sunday, April 23, 2024.

Reports are that about 12:52 am, Gregory got into an argument with one of his employees – the driver of his taxicab.

It is alleged that Gregory then pointed a firearm in the driver’s direction, causing him to run away in fear of his life.

Gregory was subsequently arrested and charged.

A court date is being arranged for him.
