Rape and grievous sexual assault charges have been laid against 34-year-old Richard Bryan, a construction worker of Harley Road, Kingston 11, following two reported incidents at a home on Charleton Drive in the Kingston 8 area on Tuesday, July 2 and September of 2024.

Reports from the Centre of Investigation for Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) are that Brown was working at the victim’s hom on July 2, and he allegedly held down the 15-year-old in her bedroom and sexually assaulted her.

In September 2024, Brown went back to the address to conduct repairs, and again allegedly sexually assaulted the teen.

He was subsequently arrested and was charged after a question-and-answer session with investigators.

He is scheduled to appear in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Friday, October 18.
