The stage is set for the 4th Annual Woman Ignite Success Summit (WISS), hosted by the Woman Ignite Foundation (WIF) and One Integrated Group (ONEGROUP).
The highly anticipated event will take place on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in Kingston.
Under the theme "THRIVE", the summit aims to equip women ( age 18 to 65 years) to excel in every area of life — faith, family, business, health, and personal development — empowering them to rise above challenges and achieve their fullest potential.
Since its inception in 2022, WISS has grown from a groundbreaking event into a powerful movement. It has become a vital platform for women to ignite their purpose, discover new possibilities, and foster meaningful connections with leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers across various sectors.
Keneshia Nooks Blake, Founder of WISS and CEO of ONEGROUP, reflected on this journey: "What began as a simple idea in 2022, has evolved into the Woman Ignite Foundation, a thriving organisation dedicated to empowering women from various backgrounds. Through initiatives such as the Women at Risk (WAR) Initiative, we are transforming lives, and today, 20 women are actively benefiting from critical support. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we've raised nearly US$8,000 from WISS 2024 alone, which is providing opportunities for these women to reclaim their power and thrive in practical ways."
The summit will feature a powerhouse lineup of speakers, including Prophet Christopher Beleke Tabu, Apostle Deborah Elvey, Pastor Dianne Fletcher, First Lady Alicia Taylor, Dr Sara Lawrence Lewis, Dr Shalette Ashman, and Latoya Williams.
Other speakers are being explored for the event. Sessions will cover a range of transformative topics: faith, mental and physical health, career advancement, financial empowerment, and entrepreneurship. Now, in 2025, THRIVE takes centre stage, signalling a call to action for women to flourish with purpose and impact. The 2025 summit will also introduce new features designed to enhance the experience for all attendees.
For mothers with young children, WISS is launching the WISS Daycare & Toddler Station, offering a nurturing space with trained nannies, a breastfeeding station, play and sleep areas, child-friendly entertainment, and a reading corner. This initiative underscores WISS’s commitment to making the event accessible and inclusive for all women.
"We are creating a space where women from all walks of life can engage our content and resources, whether navigating corporate careers, launching businesses, pursuing education, or recovering from trauma. WISS is not just a summit—it’s a life-changing experience," added Nooks Blake.
With a target of 500 attendees from around the globe, WISS 2025 promises a rich blend of workshops, coaching sessions, panel discussions, keynote presentations, live exhibitions, and worship experiences, offering actionable insights and tools for personal and professional growth. The long-term goal of WISS is to unite thousands of women from around the world in a safe, empowering environment where they can learn, connect, and grow.
