The Sagicor Blast Off 2025, hosted on January 4 at the National Indoor Sports Centre, brought together team members from across the organisation for a motivational and energising kickoff to the new year.

Guided by the theme "O.N.E. Sagicor: Let's Make Great Things Happen," the yearly staff engagement event which brings together the entire group of over 2,000 team members across business lines of banking, insurance, pension, cambio, real estate and investments, featured powerful speeches from key leaders.
