JN Bank has announced a temporary shutdown of select services on its online banking platform, JN Bank LIVE, as well as interruptions in some ATM and card services due to scheduled system maintenance.

The maintenance is part of the bank's ongoing efforts to enhance its systems and improve customer experience the bank said in a notice to its customers.

The maintenance will occur in two phases:

Saturday, January 18, 2025, from 10 pm to midnight, during which customers may experience intermittent downtime when attempting to:

  • Conduct wire transfers via JN Bank LIVE
  • Process local bank transfers (ACH and RTGS) via JN Bank LIVE
  • Use JN Bank Smart ATMs for cardless deposits or JN Bank Small Business Loan payments

Sunday, January 19, 2025, from 2 am to 4 am, intermittent interruptions are expected for:

  • Transactions at all JN Bank ATMs
  • Transactions via JN Bank debit cards, including JN Money cards

Other transactions on JN Bank LIVE and at JN Bank ATMs will remain accessible during this period.

The bank noted that transactions conducted via JN Bank Visa credit cards and JN Bank LIVE online banking will remain unaffected during the Sunday maintenance window.

JN Bank has expressed regret for any inconvenience caused during the maintenance periods and assured customers that these upgrades are designed to deliver an improved banking experience.

“We thank you for your patience and continued loyalty while we upgrade to serve you even better,” the bank stated in its notice.

Customers are encouraged to plan transactions accordingly to avoid disruptions.
