Man called ‘Spent Shell’, slapped 6 counts of shooting in Manchester

Thirty-five-year-old Raymond Samuels, otherwise called 'Spent Shell' of Brontie district, Christiana, Manchester, has been charged with several offenses following a number of incidents in the parish in 2024.

 He has been charged with shooting with intent (6 counts), possession of prohibited weapon (2 counts), unauthorized possession of ammunition (2 counts), using firearm to commt a felony (2 counts), and accessory after the fact to murder.

 The Manchester Police continued their operations after reporting that an intelligence-driven operation had led to the capture of  several wanted men in the parish.

On Thursday, January 9, 2025. Acting on information, a team of officers went to a house in Salt Marsh, Trelawny, where Samuel was seen and apprehended.

He was later transported to the Mandeville Police Station, where he was subsequently charged on Monday, January 20.

 His court date is being finalised.
