Detectives assigned to the St. Catherine North Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB) have charged 50-year-old Fiona Burke, otherwise called Tina', a travel agent of Seville Avenue in Spanish Town, St Catherine with possession of Ganja and dealing in Ganja following an incident at her home on Friday, February 21.
Reports from the Spanish Town police are that at about 6:15 am, lawmen executed a warrant at Burke's home.
During the search, the police found 43 cups containing ganja.
Burke was taken into custody and was subsequently charged after a question and answer session.
Her court date is being finalised.
