The JMMB Group has announced the relocation of its Santa Cruz branch to a new, larger facility at 94 Main Street, Santa Cruz, St Elizabeth.
The new branch, now a fully integrated JMMB Financial Life Goals Centre, offers a comprehensive suite of financial services, including complete banking and teller, services, alongside the investment solutions that have been available since the branch's inception.
Pending regulatory approval, the branch will also offer money transfer cash-pick services; and is also seeking to offer insurance brokerage solutions. Customised financial planning services are also still available.
The branch also features a new ATM and a digital queue management kiosk, allowing clients to log their arrival and the purpose of their visit for more efficient service. The branch operates from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.

To mark the official opening of the newly relocated branch, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was recently hosted by the JMMB Santa Cruz team, led by branch manager, Charlene Irving.
Bishop Ronald Mitchell from the Santa Cruz New Testament Church of God offered a prayer and blessing on the new location; after which, long-standing client, Dorothy Gentles, cut the ribbon, signifying the ceremonial opening of the branch.
Supporting their Santa Cruz colleagues on the day was a contingent of JMMB representatives who journeyed from the company’s head offices in Kingston; led by Jerome Smalling, CEO of JMMB Bank Jamaica, Kerry-Ann Stimpson, JMMB Group Chief Marketing Officer, and Kim Mair, CEO of the JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation.
Following the opening ceremony, branch manager Charlene Irving guided clients and guests through the new location, highlighting key areas and features, including a larger and more comfortable space, ample seating and private consultation spaces for more in-depth financial planning conversations.
In expressing her excitement about the relocation, Charlene beamed, "We are thrilled to welcome our clients to this new, larger space where we can better serve their financial needs. At JMMB, our commitment to providing financial partnership is driven by our core value of love; and we look forward to continuing our journey with the Santa Cruz community, fostering genuine, caring relationships every step of the way."
In the spirit of giving back to the local community, during the opening ceremony, Kim Mair, CEO of the JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation, presented a cheque for $180,000 to Keith Wellington, Principal of St. Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) in Santa Cruz. The contribution will cover scholarships for three deserving STETHS students, demonstrating JMMB's commitment to supporting education.
