Eight people were arrested in relation to lottery scamming and for the possession of ammunition during an operation in Manchester, this morning.
Operations Officer Deputy Superintendent Luhas Daniels said the operation was carried out between 4 and 9:00 AM in communities including Top Hill, Greenvale and Mike Town.
He said charges were laid against some of those arrested.
