A former  Jamaica  Premier  League  Golden  Boot  winner heading  to USL League  One  Club Av Alta  FC  

A former  Jamaica  Premier  League  Golden  Boot  winner is  heading  to  USL League  One  Club Av Alta  FC   from  top Iraq  Professional  club  Erbil, that  competes  in  the  Iraq stars league, the first-tier of Iraqi football.

The  former  Premier  League  winner   has  put  pen  to  paper   at the  Av  Alta  Club   following  their  inaugural  season  in USL League  One.

Former  Mount  Pleasant  Academy  Principal Vanie  Clark  who  is  the  Academy Director and  Head Coach of  the  Av Alta Academy  team  and  assistant coach with the first team, explains  that  the  club  and  Academy  did   very  well last  season  and  he is excited  at  the  first  Jamaican  injection  into  the  first  team.

Av  Alta  will  open  the  2026 season  against  Richmond  Kickers at  the  Lancaster  Municipal Stadium  on March  7.
