Group of Haitian nationals taken into custody in Kitson Town, St. Catherine

A group of Haitian nationals was taken into custody, following an early-morning operation conducted by law-enforcement officers, in Kitson Town, St. Catherine yesterday.

The operation was carried out at approximately 10:30 a.m., Which resulted in the detention of several individuals suspected to be illegal immigrants.

The police are conducting their investigations.
