The government will start the full implementation of the flexible work arrangement in the public sector next Monday February 2.
The arrangement aims to improve work-life balance and boost productivity giving employees and employers the opportunity to organise the traditional 40-hour workweek as it best suits their needs.
Speaking at the official launch yesterday, Minister of Efficiency, and Innovation Ambassador Audrey Marks said the programme will start on a phased basis.
She said the Ministry of Finance and Public Service has prepared guidelines on the implementation of staggered work hours.
