Parents Overnight Suite at Bustamante Hospital for Children officially opened

The Parents Overnight Suite at the Bustamante Hospital for Children in Kingston was officially opened yesterday. 

The 36-bed facility constructed at a cost of over 140 million dollars, will provide safe and comfortable on-site accommodation for parents and guardians of children receiving inpatient care.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness said it is important for parents to be close to their hospitalised children, as this can aid their recovery.
