Chairman of the National Commercial Bank, Michael Lee-Chin, has pledged to address any issue that may pose a challenge to the company’s mandate of delivering an excellent standard of service.
Mr. Lee-Chin was delivering the opening remarks at the Financial Institution’s Annual General Meeting yesterday.
He stressed the importance of an efficiently-run organization which also focuses on enhanced customer experience as part of its growth strategies.
He added that the bank aims to serve everyone.
