The long-anticipated transformation of the Manor Park Bus Lay-By and commercial vending zone in St. Andrew has officially started.
The project, being executed through a strong public-private partnership, is led by Member of Parliament for St. Andrew North Central, Delano Seiveright.
Mr. Seiveright says the first phase commenced on Sunday and included the removal of outdated vending structures, and the installation of modern retail kiosks.
He says the next phases will include the development of modern restroom facilities and covered commuter areas with proper seating.
