St. Ann emerging as one of Jamaica’s fastest growing investment hubs- Seiveright
State Minister for Investment Delano Seiveright says St. Ann is emerging as one of Jamaica’s fastest growing investment hubs.
Pointing to expansions across housing, infrastructure, commerce and large-scale private sector development, Mr. Seiveright, says the parish is experiencing sustained growth, driven by both local and international investors.
He was speaking at the Paradisiac Sip & See Wealth Summit held in the parish over the weekend.
Mr. Seiveright said the Richmond and Drax Hall areas are emerging as key residential and commercial zones, supported by developments such as Paradisiac.
He noted that the expansion is being driven by local and international investments.
The state minister also pointed to new government mechanisms, including the national reconstruction and resilience authority, which are expected to improve execution and accelerate major development projects.
He noted that major road infrastructure upgrades are set to significantly improve movement across St. Ann.
