The police are urging Jamaicans to take precautionary measures as they go about their day in the weeks leading to the end of 2026.
Police Commissioner Dr. Kevin Blake says the Constabulary wants Jamaicans to close out the year safely.
He says there will be increased police presence and more targeted operations across the country as the Force works throughout the festive season.
The measures are part of the Constabulary’s plans and key initiatives for the rest of the year.
The Police Commissioner calls on citizens to pay closer attention to their personal safety.
