Cabinet issues directive cancelling Christmas parties for government entities

Cabinet has issued a directive cancelling Christmas parties for government entities.

This follows the devastation caused to large sections of the country by hurricane Melissa on October 28.

Information Minister Dr. Dana Morris Dixon spoke about the Cabinet directive at this morning’s press briefing.

She said small morale building events are allowed.

She urged the private sector to continue with their activities.
