A policeman was killed in a crash along the Goshen main road in St. Elizabeth this morning.
His identity has not yet been released.
Reports are that at about 10:00 a.m. the officer was driving a motorcycle towards Mandeville, when upon reaching a section of the road the bike collided with a Toyota coaster bus, being driven in the opposite direction.
The policeman was flung from the motorcycle.
The bus then ran over him.
He was taken to hospital where he succumbed.
