Curfew imposed in sections of Westmoreland

A 48-hour curfew has been imposed in Geneva, Top Lincoln, Kings Valley, Bell Isle Road and the Crowder community in the parish of Westmoreland between 6:00pm, on Friday October 4 to 6:00 pm Sunday October 6.

The boundaries of the curfew are: North: North along an imaginary line from the Peggy Barry Primary school to the Quarry in the Kings Valley community.

East: East along an imaginary line from the Kings Valley community to the Pump House at Bull Strode 3.67 Km South along an imaginary line from the Pump House at Bull Strode to the Cane.

South: Interval within the Fullersfield community 5.22 Km West along an imaginary line from the Cane Interval within the community.

West: Fullersfield Community to the Peggy Barry Primary School.

During the hours of the curfew, all persons within its boundaries are required to remain within their premises, unless otherwise authorized by the ground commander
