Economist Keenan Faulkner says he expects PM Holness’, budget debate presentation will focus on how Jamaica will rebuild following Hurricane Melissa

Economist Keenan Falconer says he expects that Prime Minister Dr Andrew Holness, will state how the country will rebuild following the passage of Hurricane Melissa, during his budget presentation this afternoon.
The prime minister is to speak in parliament at 2:00 PM.
Speaking to IRIE FM News this morning, MR Falconer noted that he expects Dr. Holness to shed some light on the National Reconstruction and Resilience Authority (NARRA).
He believes Dr. Holness will not focus on responding to recent criticisms by Opposition Leader Mark Golding, particularly those about the prime minister’s salary.
As the debates continue, Mr. Falconer said he would like see focus being placed on uniting to guarantee recovery following Hurricane Melissa.
