It’s only been a year since the Elektric Bangaz organisers – Flex Squad, a group of young TV and film production pros – revealed their inaugural global music fest in Kingston.
With the mantra ‘heavy on experience’, Elektric Bangaz creates transformative events that redefine entertainment and connect communities in Jamaica and beyond.
The organisers are thrilled to announce its first-anniversary celebration on Saturday, November 23, at the Kingston Craft Market to showcase an impressive line-up of international and Jamaican deejays.
Where global meets local: a fusion of culture and sound
The anniversary affair brings together diverse international and local talent for a night of world-class sound.
Headlining the line-up are DJ Pietro (representing Italy) and Afro Pete (representing France), joined by Jamaican deejays DJ Rio, DJ Tyler, Sylvesta, and Jay Vinyls.
Each artist brings their flavour, blending House, EDM, and Jamaican influences to create an immersive experience that reaffirms Jamaica’s role as a cultural epicentre.
Inclusive and immersive atmosphere
Elektric Bangaz is built on inclusivity, welcoming patrons of all backgrounds. With ample on-site security and convenient parking, the festival ensures a safe, engaging environment for all attendees.
The dress code encourages guests to embrace vibrant neon and iridescent colours that will glisten under the spectral light display, adding to an electrifying energy.
With anticipation building for the sophomore staging, Elektric Bangaz has garnered the support of remarkable partners and sponsors, such as Creative Source Productions, IDS Studios, Guhdeh Errand Runners, and Itopia Life.
The support has also grown this year, including Double Seven Energy Drink, Starlight Productions, Signtex, and Ellco Jamaica.
Elektric Bangaz is committed to expanding with regular events that promote sustainable practices, cross-cultural connections, and cutting-edge entertainment that place Jamaica at the forefront of the global music scene.
