

Oshae Haye and Jodi Munn-Barrow secured top honours at the Constant Spring Golf Classic, held over the weekend at the Constant Spring Golf Course in St Andrew.
Haye triumphed in the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) section, which required golfers to complete 54 holes over two days. Competitors in this category earned WAGR points, enabling them to qualify for tournaments across the region and internationally.
Haye was the only player to register an under-par round, shooting a two-under-par 68 in the final round. He opened with a five-over-par 75 in each of the first two rounds, finishing with a total score of eight-over-par 218. His final round featured four birdies and two bogeys, having reached three-under after 14 holes before dropping a shot.
William Knibbs, competing in his first local tournament in years, finished one stroke behind Haye on 219. Knibbs posted the second-best single round of the event with an even-par 70 in his opening round, followed by rounds of 73 and 76.
Zandre Roye, known for his consistency, endured a challenging tournament. After an opening-round 75, he struggled with a second-round 84 before recovering with a 73 in the final round, finishing on 22-over-par 232. He shared third place with Dr Mark Newnham, who carded rounds of 74, 78, and 80.
Among the professionals, Sebert Walker Jr was the only player to complete all three rounds, posting scores of 77, 77, and 76.
Munn-Barrow, president of the Jamaica Golf Association, extended her dominance in local tournaments by winning the 0-12 category. She shot 78 and 73 to finish on 13-over-par 153, securing the top spot among female competitors.
In other categories, Yvonne Brown won the 13-24 section with a total score of 213.
Vikram Dhiman topped the Men & Men Senior 0-6 category with a combined score of 173, while Arshad Ali won the Men & Men Senior 7-12 division with a total of 153 after rounds of 72 and 81. Bruce Levy (172) and Cedric Blair (177) finished second and third, respectively.
Jordan Wong (163) and Andrew Spencer (186) led the Men & Men Senior 13-24 section.
Mike Gliechman (164) claimed the Men Super Senior 0-12 title, while Guan Arscott (193) won the Men Super Senior 13-24 category.
Philip Wilson (174) took top honours in the Masters division.
