High alert issued for missing 4 y/o JhaLeelah Clarke

A high alert has been activated for a 4-year-old girl who has been missing since last November.

She is JhaLeelah Clarke of Bluefields, Westmoreland.

JhaLeelah is of dark complexion, slim build and about 3 feet 4 inches tall.

Police reports are that JhaLeelah was last seen at a local beach in Montego Bay, St. James wearing a floral shirt, white shorts and pink sneakers.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of JhaLeelah Clarke is asked to contact the police.
