Indian High Commissioner working to strengthen India’s relationship with Jamaica

Indian High Commissioner to Jamaica Mayank Joshi says he is working to further strengthen the relationship between the two countries.
Mr. Joshi has been serving in the post since 2024.
Speaking with reporters recently, he noted that both countries have a deep cooperation in several areas including culture, health and education.
The High Commissioner said he is seeking to bolster the nations’ relationship as well as people to people linkages.
He added that his tenure so far has been exciting, describing Jamaicans as friendly people.
