Jamaicans shaken from their slumber following early morning 5.6 magnitude earthquake

Scores of Jamaicans were awakened from their slumber early this morning, as a magnitude 5.6 earthquake struck off the coast of the island.
The shaking was reportedly felt across eastern sections of Jamaica.
The quake struck at about 3: 18 am, and was centred at sea, about 80 kilometres east of Manchioneal, Portland.
It occurred at a depth of 10 kilometres.
Residents, who took to social media, reported feeling the shaking, with multiple accounts of people waking up as the earthquake struck.
This morning’s shake comes after sections of the island felt a 5.6 magnitude earthquake at around 7 AM, on Sunday.
