Twenty-seven-year-old Orlando Waite otherwise called ‘Garth/ Bulbi’, a farmer
of Lease Land, Kingsland district, Spur Tree in Manchester was fatally shot during a confrontation with the police in his community on Tuesday, March 25 at about 2: 33 am.
A Smith and Wesson 38 Revolver with a magazine containing two .38 cartridges was seized.
The incident was reported to the Inspectorate of Professional Standards and Oversight
Bureau (IPROB) and the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM).
