Manchester Police appeals for young people to disassociate themselves from overseas criminals
Commanding Officer for the Manchester Police, Superintendent Carey Duncan has reiterated his appeal for young people to disassociate themselves from overseas criminals, and not be used as puppets.
Speaking at Thursday’s Monthly Meeting of the Manchester Municipal Corporation Superintendent Duncan urged citizens to safeguard their communities amid allegations of foreign influence in the commission of murders.
Superintendent Duncan cited some communities as being problem areas, because gangsters continue to be influenced by persons overseas.
He said the police have maintained curfews in these areas due to the persistence of criminal activities and will instill special measures to treat with the issues in these areas.
Superintendent Duncan reassured citizens that the parish remains relatively safe.
