Acting Head of the Manchester police, Deputy Superintendent Luhas Daniels, has warned residents and business operators to obey the nightly curfew imposed in certain areas.
The warning comes after four bartenders were arrested and charged with breaching a nightly curfew in Knockpatrick yesterday.
Charged are 52-year-old Tessica Bennett, 50-year-old Chicketa Allen, both of Albion, 29-year-old Donnalisa Barrett of Newlands District in Barnstable, and 27-year-old Tashera Cohen of Buttup District.
DSP Daniels reminded that the police imposed tighter security measures in Knockpatrick and surrounding areas, following the murder of Cruise Smith, a week ago, on Green Street.
