The National Water Commission (NWC) has advised that customers served by the Chester Re-lift well in Trelawny are experiencing disruption to their water supply because of mechanical challenges at the facility.
In a release, the commission said every effort is being made to resolve the challenges and restore water to the affected areas by Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
The affected area include Chester, Perth Town, Reserve, Graves End and Garreadu.
The NWC expressed regret at the inconvenience, and urged patience among the affected customers.
