Water supply to customers in Cascade, Pondside and some other communities in Hanover is being impacted by an operational issue at the Retrieve Booster Station, the National Water Commission (NWC) has reported.
In a release, the commission said it is working to resolve this issue and restore water supply to the affected communities in the shortest time possible.
The overall affected areas include Cascade, Pondside, Great Valley, Retrieve, Smithfield, Willoughby and Cold Spring.
The NWC expressed regret at the inconvenience, and asked for patience and understanding from the affected customers.
