The National Stadium in Kingston was electric on Thursday as thousands of passionate football fans and Messi enthusiasts packed the stands, eager to witness the legendary Lionel Messi in action. Joined by fellow soccer superstars Luis Suárez and Sergio Busquets, Messi thrilled local spectators as he lit up the field during Inter Miami's clash against Jamaica's Cavalier FC in the CONCACAF Champions Cup.

This marked Messi’s first visit to the Caribbean for an official match, drawing massive excitement from local fans. The Argentine great and his Miami teammates were warmly greeted by Sports Minister Olivia Grange upon their arrival at the airport.

Cavalier FC, which usually hosts games at a 3,000-seat stadium, moved the high-profile match to the 35,000-capacity National Stadium to accommodate the crowd. Fans erupted in celebration when Messi sealed the 2-0 victory with a close-range goal in the final minute, following a precise cross from Santiago Morales.
