Relatives of the three men, fatally shot by the police in St. Toolis, Manchester yesterday, are protesting their deaths.
The names of the men have not been released.
According to the police the men engaged them in an armed confrontation.
Reports are that at about 12:20 p.m. lawmen acting on intelligence, went to a premise at St. Toolis to execute a search warrant.
Police say a group of men exited the building with firearms.
It is further reported that the police accosted the men, who allegedly engaged them in a shootout and gunfire was returned.
After the shooting subsided three men were seen with what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
They were pronounced dead at hospital.
Police reported that two firearms were seized.
The mother of one of the men said her son moved to Manchester due to impact of hurricane Melissa in October.
