Detectives from the Clarendon Police Division have laid housebreaking and larceny (warehouse, two counts) and conspiracy to housebreaking and larceny charges against two men following a development at a warehouse in Toll Gate, Clarendon between Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 28, 2024.

Charged are:

  • 28-year-old Damion Carter, otherwise called ‘Anthony’, a security guard of Toll Gate, Clarendon.
  • 47-year-old Exival Smith, otherwise called ‘Patrick’, a mechanic of Harmons district, Manchester.

Reports from the Four Paths police are that Carter, who was a security guard at the warehouse, allegedly conspired with Smith and stole a total of 420 motorcar rims valued at $4 million.

Both men were arrested and later charged after being ‘positively identified’, said the police in a media release.

Their court date is to be finalised.
