Party Ace, the ticketing partner for Sting 2024, says it has successfully and securely processed all refunds following the postponement of the event, originally scheduled for December 26.
In light of the unexpected delay, Party Ace has said it has prioritised the satisfaction and convenience of its customers, confirming that 100 per cent of requested ticket refunds have been swiftly handled.
“We fully understand the disappointment caused by the change in plans for such a highly anticipated event," said Keith Ferguson, CEO of Party Ace. "Our priority has always been to ensure that our customers feel supported and confident in their ticket purchase. The seamless and timely processing of refunds highlights the strength of our platform and reinforces our commitment to transparency and trust."
While the new date for Sting will be announced in due course, Party Ace said it remains dedicated to providing the best possible service.
The company said it will continue to collaborate closely with event organisers to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all ticket holders.
Once the new date is confirmed, patrons will be able to purchase tickets through Party Ace.
