Tourism Minister anticipates that economic impact of Carnival will be similar to last year

Tourism Minister, Edmund Bartlett said its expected that the economic impact of Carnival in Jamaica this year, will be similar to last year.

Mr. Bartlett said about $60 billion was generated from last year’s staging.

The Minister added that the event facilitated a showcase of the work of creatives.
