Two men are in custody following the seizure of cocaine at the FedEx building on Half Way Tree Road in St Andrew last evening.

The drug has an estimated street value of JM$600,000.

Preliminary reports from the police are that acting on information received, the Firearms and Narcotics Investigation Division (FNID) visited the FedEx premises and conducted an operation.

The operation resulted in the find of approximately 1 kilogram of cocaine.

Investigations continue.
