Police are probing the murder of a woman along Glenmuir Drive, May Pen, Clarendon last night.
Dead is 46-year-old Jennifer Williams.
Police reports are that at about 10:30 PM, Ms. Williams and her partner reportedly had an argument.
Further reports are that a sharp object was used to chop her.
Ms. Williams was taken to hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Lawmen are reportedly seeking to question her partner.
