Forty Four beds were donated to the Mandeville Regional Hospital yesterday by the Shaggy Make a Difference Foundation, Project Cure and Just a Bunch of Roadies.
In expressing appreciation, Chief Executive Officer, Alwyn Miller said the beds will improve the hospitals ability to cater to more patients.
He noted that the hospitals bed capacity has been gradually reducing, following overcrowding in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa.
