A 48-hour curfew has been imposed in sections of sections of Rivoli in Spanish Town, St Catherine the curfew began at 6pm on Saturday, September 21 and will remain in effect until 6pm on Monday, September 23.

The boundaries of the curfew are:

NORTH: From the intersection of Manchester Street and Hanover Street travelling along Hanover Street passing Brunswick Street and continue along an imaginary line about 800 metres to the Riverbank.

SOUTH: From the ending of the eastern boundary travelling about 1000 metres to Barrett Street.

EAST: From the ending of the northern boundary travelling along the Riverbank passing GordonBoulevard and Nugent Street about 800 metres.

WEST: Travel Barrett Street to white Church Street and continue along an imaginary line about1000 metres to the intersection Manchester Street and Hanover Street.

During the curfew all persons are required to remain in their premises unless authorized by amember of the security forces responsible for enforcing the curfew.
