Police seek help to locate missing 5 y/o British girl

The police are renewing the appeal for the public’s assistance in locating a 5-year-old British national.

She is Tay Rodriguez-Fairplay of Walthamstow, London.

Tay is of brown complexion, medium build and is about 3 feet 6 inches tall.

Reports from the Black River Police indicate that Tay was taken to Jamaica by a relative in February 2025 following her parents’ separation.

All attempts to locate the child have been unsuccessful.

Police say Tay was formally reported missing last Thursday, April 9.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Tay Rodriguez-Fairplay is asked to contact the Black River Police at 876-965-2232, the police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
