President of the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce, Jason Russell, is calling for changes to be made to the country’s labour laws.
He argued that the laws need to be balanced, as they are favourable towards employees.
Mr. Russell was speaking with reporters following his re-election as president of the chamber of commerce this week.
He said that current labour-related legislation is too onerous on micro and small business operators.
