Incoming President of the Global Services Association of Jamaica (GSAJ), Yoni Epstein has indicated that the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector must examine ways to reduce the cost of its operations.
He said using solar technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in security systems is vital to cut high overhead expenses.
Mr. Epstein said more parishes can benefit from the expansion of BPO facilities.
He was speaking during the association’s 13th annual general meeting held at the Montego Bay Free Zone in St. James this week
