Another person has died from motor cycle collision in Little London Westmoreland
The death toll from Friday night’s two-motorcycle collision in Little London, Westmoreland has risen to three after another person succumbed to injuries in hospital yesterday.
The deceased have been identified as 18-year-old construction worker Obrian Bruce of Shrewsbury District, Westmoreland, 41-year-old labourer Donald McKenzie of Little London and 36-year-old Darren Bryan of Old Hope District, Little London.
Two died on Saturday, and the other succumbed to his injuries yesterday.
Police report that the collision occurred at about 11:55 p.m. along Station Road in the vicinity of the Little London Police Station.
According to the police, both motorcycles were travelling in opposite directions when, on reaching the Little London entrance, the rider of one of the motorcycles lost control and collided head-on with the other motorcycle.
The men were taken to hospital with injuries where they were pronounced dead.
A fourth person has been hospitalised.
