A commissioner of roads will be appointed to head the One Road Authority, which is still being formulated.
Minister of Works, Robert Morgan made the disclosure yesterday.
The Authority is being implemented to streamline the management, regulation, and maintenance of the island’s road network under a single unified executive agency.
Mr. Morgan noted that Cabinet has been given instruction for the formation of the One Road Authority as a level B executive agency.
